Weekly Therapy

Who it's for: Women who want ongoing, consistent support to work through trauma, relationship patterns, ADHD, burnout, or self-worth at a sustainable pace.

What it involves: Weekly or fortnightly 50-minute sessions, held online via secure video. We work at your pace and in your direction, person-centred means you lead, and I follow with clinical honesty. Some sessions go deep into difficult material. Others focus on making sense of what's happening right now. Both are equally valuable.

This is the most common way women work with me, and it's suited to anyone who wants continuity with a consistent relationship, a consistent space, and the kind of depth that builds over time.

Duration: 50 minutes

Fee: €65 per session

Frequency: Weekly or fortnightly depending on your needs.
