ADHD Coaching

Who it's for: Women with a confirmed or suspected ADHD diagnosis who want practical support that is personalised to your needs and lifestyle. We won’t use generic strategies, but tools that actually work for how their brain operates.

What it involves: ADHD coaching focuses on the practical parts of daily life, executive function, time management, emotional regulation, relationships, work, and the particular exhaustion of spending years masking. Sessions are structured but flexible. Instead of a fixed slot appointment, we decide times each week to meet and go through any new needs, changes or challenges to discuss.

I bring both clinical training and lived experience to this work. Coaching is distinct from therapy (it's more forward-focused and practically oriented) but in my practice, it's always underpinned by a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming understanding of why you're where you are. You can also book therapy alongside coaching if you ever feel a need, or switch up entirely.

Format: Structured packages with content and frequency tailored to your needs

Fee: Varies by package which is discussed at consultation. Starting at

Note: Available for women with diagnosed or suspected ADHD. If you're unsure whether coaching or therapy is right for you, the free consultation will help clarify this.
