There's no single right way to start. Some people want steady weekly support; others want practical, ADHD-specific coaching; plenty aren't sure yet, and that's genuinely fine. Here's a little piece of information on each, so you can follow whichever one feels closest to where you are right now.
Weekly Therapy
Who it's for: Those who want ongoing, consistent support to work through trauma, relationship patterns, ADHD, burnout, or self-worth at a sustainable pace.
What it involves: Weekly or fortnightly 50-minute sessions, held online via secure video. We work at your pace and in your direction, person-centred means you lead, and I follow with clinical honesty. Some sessions go deep into difficult material. Others focus on making sense of what's happening right now. Both are equally valuable.
This is the most common way people work with me, and it's suited to anyone who wants continuity with a consistent relationship, a consistent space, and the kind of depth that builds over time.
Fee: €90 per session
ADHD Coaching
Who it's for: Those with a confirmed or suspected ADHD diagnosis who want practical support that is personalised to your needs and lifestyle. We won’t use generic strategies, but tools that actually work for how their brain operates.
What it involves: Forward-focused support for executive function, emotional dysregulation, identity after late diagnosis, and the specific exhaustion of spending decades in systems that were not built for your brain.
Fee: Starting from €100 · Online

Speaking engagements, workshops, and clinical referrals.
Who it’s for: For HR teams building neuro-inclusive workplaces, clinicians referring their clients or patients for specialist work, and event organisers booking talks on ADHD & AuDHD, trauma, and mental health.
Delivered live or online. Tailored to the audience - clinical staff, HR teams, leadership, or general workforce.

A note on cost, if part of you feels this is self-indulgent: it isn't. Spending on your own care when you're the one who copes is maintenance, not luxury. This doesn't have to be forever, many people work with me for a season, reach steadier ground, and step back, equally some stay for years and they find it just as beneficial as their gym membership for their mental wellbeing and health.
