Online Therapy & ADHD Coaching for Women
No pressure. No forms. Just a 30 minute chat to see if we’re a good fit.
Maybe you’ve been coping, managing, holding it all together but inside, you know there’s something that needs to be talked through and talked about. Whether it’s burnout, masking, trauma, heartbreak, or feeling lost in who you are… therapy can help. No pressure. No judgement. Just space to breathe and be honest, maybe for the first time or maybe with someone who genuinely cares & understands
I’m Marian, Therapist and ADHD coach at Inner Strength Therapies. I help women online across Ireland and beyond who are burnt out from being the strong one. ADHD, heartbreak, shame, trauma, self-doubt, I’ve lived it too. You don’t have to explain it perfectly. I’ve been there too. I’ll meet you in it, with warmth and honesty.
Online Therapy
Space to reflect, process, and heal at your pace, in a way that actually feels human. Ideal for relationship issues, trauma recovery, low self-worth, and emotional burnout. Some days we’ll sit with the hard stuff. Other days we’ll unpack your patterns or laugh about how a one-word text derailed your nervous system. You don’t need a diagnosis or a breakdown to ask for help. You’re welcome to show up messy or unsure. If you’re wondering whether your 'pain counts'... it does. I’d be honoured to hold it with you.
ADHD Coaching
No generic advice, no homework (unless you want it) just real tools and custom guidance and daily/weekly/monthly support 6 out of 7 days a week for when you need it the most, or just need someone who understands. Designed for women with ADHD (diagnosed or suspected) who are tired of beating themselves up and want practical support that actually works, from a therapist & coach who comes from a place of experience, empathy and understanding.
Life Coaching
Feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of your next step? Life coaching helps you move forward with intention… whether it’s career, boundaries, or finding yourself again.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. You might be thinking: Is my problem even serious enough? What if I don’t know what to say?
That’s completely normal. You don’t have to explain it perfectly. If something inside you is hurting or something just doesn’t ‘feel right’, that’s reason enough to reach out.
What Clients Are Saying
“I’ve been speaking with Marian for almost two years now, and she has been such an integral part of my mental health journey. I feel so far from the person I was when I first started seeing her, in the best way - I've grown in confidence, my self-esteem has improved and so much more. She takes a personable, open and friendly approach, disarming her clients immediately and creating a safe space to share. Marian knows when to challenge and uncover patterns or behaviours you might not have necessarily noticed; she is great at coming up with actionable steps together to deal with those issues but manages emotions and feelings sensitively throughout the process. She's always really open to taking feedback on the structure and style of sessions, recognising that your needs change at different points of your therapy journey. Marian is a deeply empathetic person and you can feel that she genuinely cares about her clients as people, which again, makes it much easier to be vulnerable in sessions and get the most out of them. I can't recommend her as a therapist enough.”
